Nitriding & Spectroscopy
Alloy verification via optical emission spectrometry. Deep nitriding treatments create a 0.5–0.7 mm diffusion layer resistant to high-sulfur catalytic fines present in low-grade IFO 380 and heavy marine bunker fuel.
NDT & Micro-Clearance
100% Magnetic Particle Inspection (MPI) and ultrasonic crack detection on high-stress sections. Mitutoyo air-gauging and CMM coordinate measuring machines verify fuel pump barrel micro-clearance between 2 and 4 microns.
Seaworthy Export Packing
Components receive neutral oil passivation, multi-layered Volatile Corrosion Inhibitor (VCI) heat-sealed barrier wrapping, moisture desiccant packs, and heavy ISPM-15 treated wooden export containers for worldwide voyage integrity.
